Ready Set Transform provides strategic consultancy services in digital transformation, AI readiness, and sustainability. All services are subject to agreement and scope definition before commencement.
Engagement Terms
Each engagement is governed by a separate statement of work or contract that outlines deliverables, timelines, and fees. These terms form the basis of our working relationship and must be agreed upon before work begins.
Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created specifically for a client engagement will be outlined in the engagement agreement. Pre-existing methodologies, frameworks, and tools remain the property of Ready Set Transform.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information with strict confidentiality. Details of engagements, client data, and strategic information will not be shared without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide the highest quality advice and services, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement. We cannot be held responsible for implementation decisions or outcomes beyond our direct control.
